Wages in accordance with agreement. Most of our approx. 175 employees work at the head office in Kjeller, a short train ride from Oslo. We also have offices in Tromsø and Trondheim. NILU is an independent research foundation
This means that we have no owners who will take out dividends. Instead, all profits go back to the operation and development of socially beneficial research services. We also attach great importance to open research, open publishing and open source code – because knowledge exists to be shared.
